HOLISTIC ENERGY READING

During your Holistic Energy Reading, I connect with your energy field and bring to the surface what is ready to be unveiled, healed and resolved.

The process is simple. I connect with your energy and receive images, words, feelings, emotions, memories and insights of what is in your energy field and how your energy works. Whatever comes up, is what is ready to be seen and worked with, as it is you who is open and allowing the process. The reading is as unique as you are. Common themes in past readings include:

• Deep healing with dolphin, angels and high frequency energies
• Releasing bondage from past lives that kept the client stuck in their current life
• Identifying and releasing self-destructive patterns rooted in subconscious childhood experiences
• Creating a lifestyle and food plan that supported the client’s vibrational and physical needs
• Finding clarity in what type of business was in alignment with the client’s authentic self

This is an interactive 1hr, 1 1/2 hr or 2 hrs session. Your heart, soul, body, conscious and subconscious mind will fully participate. I might include a little bit of astrology,  coaching technics, vibrational and wellness recomendations as needed.

We go QUANTUM. Meaning, we create an energetic space where anything is possible.

My perspective is holistic. Your body is as important as your spirit, as your mind, as your emotions, as your environment, as your soul.  You are a complex mix of energies in constant evolution.  If some area is out of balance, all of you is out of balance.

Through your evolution, you are in constant change, expansion and adjustment. Sometimes, you need assistance to be able to understand what is happening within and regain balance. I am here to help.

I was born an empath with intuitive abilities including clairaudience, clairvoyance, clairsentience, claircognizance.  As I dedicated to my spiritual path, my skills sharpened. Allowing me to access the records of the soul (Akash) and connect with high frequency energies as needed.

I have travelled to over 25 sacred sites around the world including  Egypt, Eastern Island, Bimini, Stonehenge, Glastonbury, Mt Shasta, Banff National Park, Machu Pichu, Lost City in Colombia, Sedona in Arizona, Teotihuacan in Mexico, Crete, Delphi, Arkansas Crystal Vortexes, Sainte Baume France, Lake Taupo New Zealand.

I am a natural dowser, meaning, I can tap into earth energy. She works with me as I work with her. It is a relationship of deep love and DNA activation.

I am a certified Coach in Integrative Nutrition, a Natural Health Professional, a Permacultural Designer, attended the Intensive Course in Functional Medicine with the Institute of Functional Medicine. I am also an apprentice in astrology and own Holistica Upgrade, an online superfoods and supplements store with the highest standard in quality on the market.

However, my professional life was not always about natural health and spirit.

I am a former nurse and US ARMY Combat Medic, who enjoyed an award winning, successful executive career in the pharma and medical sales industry. While in the peak of my career, I was diagnosed with a debilitating health disorder.

Was it physical, mental, emotional, spiritual? Looking for answers and not convinced of following the traditional medical path, I started my journey of healing and greater awakening. I found the problem was vibrational. I was living out of alignment.  I started rebalancing my life with better foods, a healthier lifestyle, exploring the endless sources of healing that nature provides and alternative modalities of healing. As I took care of my physical and emotional body, I started feeling better and my spirituality reached new heights. With time, my disorder was gone.

Today I follow an organic path of alignment with the energies of the Divine Feminine in balance with the Divine Masculine, Christ Consciousness, the Shamanic, the Magical, the Mystical and the Galactic.

Conscious of my responsibility for building New Earth, I try to use a Quantum, Zero Point, Singularity perspective every chance I have. Recently discovered galactic astrology and I am raving about it.

Some of my passions are dancing salsa, hiking, swimming at the beach, traveling, gardening, cooking healthy, eating Thai food, chocolate and a good wine.

I am bilingual so we can do the session on your prefered language, English or Spanish.

There are 1 hr, 1 1/2 hr and 2 hrs readings . If you have a lot to “unpack” and have a lot to share, I would advise you to consider the 2-hour consultation. 60 minutes is quite short for this work,  but we'll make it work.  If I have availability, and you desire, we might extend. 90 minutes tend to be an effective time frame.

The consultations are in zoom with or without video.

Please have a journal for notes, you will need it. Facial tissues and water too.

Be comfortable, in a place that provides silence and no interruptions. You will need to concentrate.
